Larry has worked with real estate related businesses for over forty years, with responsibilities including management, legal and business consultation and representation, and mortgage loan production.

Larry serves as Culpepper’s General Counsel, and is responsible for lease and other agreement evaluation, negotiation and preparation.

Larry received his BBA degree from Texas Tech University, then a JD degree from South Texas College of Law.

He is licensed in Texas as both an Attorney and Counselor at Law and Real Estate Broker, and is certified in Commercial Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
