In February 1982, Adrian joined the Culpepper family real estate business as administrative assistant to John C. Culpepper, Jr.

He continues to work in several areas within the company, primarily in property management and tenant relations.

Adrian received a BA from Texas State University (formerly Southwest State University) in 1978.

He holds a real estate license issued by the Texas Real Estate Commission.

Adrian is an avid golfer and is active in religious and civic organizations in the community.
