John began working with Culpepper Realty in May of 2018, making him the fourth generation to join the family business.

Assisting with property management, development and leasing, he plans to bring continued growth and success to Bryan-College Station and other small-market areas of Texas.

John graduated from Texas A&M with a Bachelor of Business Administration in the summer of 2017.

Following his passion for recreational property, John works with No Fences Land Co., helping both buyers and sellers realize their dream of property ownership across the states of Texas and Kansas.

John holds both a Texas Real Estate license from the Texas Real Estate Commission and a Kansas Real Estate license from the Kansas Real Estate Commission.
