Mr. Heifrin joined Culpepper Realty Co. in 2000 and is responsible for overall project coordination.

This includes development, leasing, brokerage, and financing activities.

Mr. Heifrin received a Bachelor of Science in Ag Economics and a Masters of Land Economics & Real Estate from Texas A&M University.

He holds a Texas Real Estate Broker’s license, is a member of the Bryan College Station regional board of Realtors, and is a member of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institute.
